Shuhei A. Horiguchi (堀口 修平) is an Assistant Professor at the Nano Life Science Institute (NanoLSI), Kanazawa University, and a member of Okuda Lab, led by Satoru Okuda. I am also a PRESTO Individual Researcher at the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) in the research area of Mathematical Sciences for the Future. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in March 2024 under the supervision of Tetsuya J. Kobayashi.

I am interested in exploring analogies and contrasts between artificial and biological systems.
